PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a pixel electrode gate and have an etching property by forming a metal layer which is separated from the pixel electrode without increasing the number of a mask. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(TFT) is included in a channel region(102). The thin film transistor comprises an active layer(21), a gate electrode(20), and source/drain electrodes(27,29). An organic light emitting device(EL) is included in a light emitting region(101). The organic light emitting device is composed of a pixel electrode(31), an opposing electrode(35), and an intermediate layer(33). A storage capacitor(Cst) is included in a storage area(103). The storage capacitor is composed of a bottom electrode(41) and an upper electrode(43).
