PURPOSE: An intelligent production management method and system thereof which uses a CPM method are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by automatically monitoring each process through an RFID and a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A production system is visually displayed after determining a manufacturing system(S110). The manufacturing system expresses a process by using a CPM method. A manufacturing condition is applied to the manufacturing system. An OR(Operations Research) model is used by predicting a problem through modeling(S120). Each process is supplied by monitoring each process of the manufacturing system(S130, S140). |
