The device has an electronic board (10) provided with two printed conductive paths, where the electronic board is interposed between an edge (53) of a neck (51) and an free end (31) of a cap (30). Two joints (2A, 2B) are interposed between the edge of the neck and a main face of the electronic board and between the free end of the cap and another main face of the electronic board. A mechanical unit is designed to ensure a fixation of the cap on the neck in a sealed manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for providing a sealing connection between two electric circuits.
