The holder (9) has a socket (1) fixed at a wall or a switching board. An attachment units (2) are mounted at a guiding tube (11) via an insertion opening (21) of the attachment units. The socket has a tube connector (15) for lateral guiding of an electrical cable into the guiding tube, where passage between the tube connector and the guiding tube is formed by an elbow tube (18), which exhibits average curvature radius of 3 or 4 cm at an outer side of the inner wall. A deflection element is inserted into the socket in a detachable manner.
