PURPOSE: A composition containing ERRgamma for promoting Oct-4 transcription activity is provided to control differentiation of pluripotent cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting Oct-4 transcription factor activity contains ERR(estrogen related receptor) gamma protein or expression construct thereof. The ERRgamma protein contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. A composition for controlling differentiation of pluripotent cells contains the ERRgamma or expression construct thereof as an active ingredient.
