PURPOSE: A capacitive touch panel including a capacitive sensor, manufacturing method thereof, and liquid crystal display device are provided to make a liquid crystal display device thin by including a capacitive sensor for sensing touch within a polarizer. CONSTITUTION: A first base film(120) includes an electrode pattern(121). A polarizer(110) is welded in the electrode pattern. A second base film(130) includes an electrode pattern(131) welded in the polarizer. The first base film includes a surface processing layer. A surface processing layer is selected from a hard coating layer, an anti-reflection layer, an anti-pollution layer, an adhesion preventing layer, a diffusion preventing layer, an anti-static layer and an anti-glare layer. The second base film is a film having optical compensation function.
