PURPOSE: A locking device is provided to prevent outrigger of heavy equipment like a concrete pumping car and a crane from arbitrarily operating without control by an operator. CONSTITUTION: A locking device(10) comprises a horizontal member, a lift pin(200), an elastic member, a body(400), a lever(600), and a fixing member(500). The horizontal member transfers horizontally. The lift pin controls the transfer of the horizontal member. The elastic member is arranged on the lower of the lift pin and sends the lift pin to the original position. The body accepts the lift pin and the elastic member. The lever is fixed to the lift pin. The fixing member fixes and releases the lever. |
