PURPOSE: A toggle link-type lifting device of a rebar assembling jig is provided to enhance the load bearing capacity of a rebar assembling unit by forming a jig in single fixed type. CONSTITUTION: A toggle link-type lifting device of a rebar assembling jig comprises a lower frame, an upper frame(22), a first hydraulic cylinder mount, two hydraulic cylinders, a toggle link, and a second hydraulic cylinder mount(26). The first hydraulic cylinder mount is installed on the central part between the upper and lower frames. The two hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the first hydraulic cylinder mount. Each rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is installed toward the outside and the leading end of the first hydraulic cylinder is hinge-coupled to each toggle link. The upper and lower ends of the toggle link are hinge-coupled to the lower and upper plates.
