PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to improve photonic efficiency by including an electrode with not only low resistance but also high light transmission. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode(191) is formed on a substrate(110). A light emitting member(370) is formed on the bottom electrode. The light emitting member includes an auxiliary layer for improving a light-emitting layer and the luminous efficiency of the light emitting layer. An upper electrode(270) is formed on the light emitting member. The upper electrode includes a first layer(270a) and a second level(270b).
