<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device or the like, configured so that a rotating member which is mounted on a recording-medium storing unit or the like and fallen from a support surface can be easily returned onto the support surface. <P>SOLUTION: A support portion 410 of a first rail R1 is substantially horizontally disposed, has an edge portion 411 on a side where a second sheet receiving unit 121 is provided, and supports the rotating member 320 provided at a lower portion of a first protruding portion 121G. The rotating member 320 has a first side surface 321 on the side where the second sheet receiving unit 121 is provided, and a second side surface 322 on the side opposite to the side where the second sheet receiving unit 121 is provided.
