<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degradation in images due to ununiformity of RF(B1) intensity. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus related to the embodiment is provided with a first collection unit, a second collection unit, and a synthesis unit. The first collection unit executes a pulse sequence on a first high-frequency pulse transmission condition and collects data. The second collection unit executes the pulse sequence on a second high-frequency pulse transmission condition different from the first high-frequency pulse transmission condition and collects data. The synthesis unit performs synthesis processing on the data collected by the first collection unit and the data collected by the second collection unit, or on data obtained by reconfiguring the data collected by the first collection unit and data obtained by reconfiguring the data collected by the second collection unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
