<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for monitoring a performance level settable in a wireless device. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus and a method may include a performance module which operates to monitor and generate a performance statistical value on a wireless device based on a received monitor environment setting value. In a plurality of modes, when a predetermined threshold parameter is satisfied, the wireless device may transfer the performance statistical value to any other device.
