<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of suppressing vibration of an output voltage, which is caused by variation of a conductive state of a switch element, with a comparatively simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device 1a has: a switching part 2a configured by connecting switch elements Q1-Q4 in a single phase full bridge configuration; a resonance part 3 consisting of series reactors L1 and L2 and an interline capacitor C; and a controller 4a. The controller 4a carries out switching so that the conductive states of switch elements (e.g. Q1 and Q2) included in the same arm have a phase opposite to each other, and carries out switching so that the conductive states of the switch elements (e.g. Q1 and Q2) included in one arm and switch elements (e.g. Q3 and Q4) included in the other arm have a predetermined time difference. Thereby, the switching part 2a is sequentially switched in four states where the conductive states of the switch elements Q1-Q4 are different from each other.
