<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip with Noshi which is a single-part delivery slip including a distribution slip, a paste slip, and the Noshi, saving a time and labor in peeling a necessary part from the slip, preventing the occurrence of blur or wrinkles of printing when subjected to printing processing by a non-impact printer, excellent in printing quality, and designed by arranging a printing area without waste. <P>SOLUTION: In the delivery slip with the Noshi, a first sheet including at least the paste slip, the distribution slip, and the Noshi, and a second sheet with a tuck structure are bonded via an adhesive. The Noshi and other parts are adjacent by a cutoff perforation, and the paste slip and the distribution slip are adjacent by a half cut A. A half cut B is previously given spaced apart from a left end at a position corresponding to the Noshi of the second sheet with the tuck structure.
