<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and plainly determine a sky weather condition. <P>SOLUTION: In a system for determining the sky weather condition which includes an imaging device for imaging the sky, and a sky weather condition determination device for determining the sky weather condition from an imaged image picked up by the imaging device, the sky weather condition determination device includes: image input means which inputs the imaged image to be stored in image storage means; feature amount calculation means which reads out the imaged image from the image storage means and calculates saturation and lightness using image data of the imaged image; and sky weather condition determination means which determines the sky weather condition of the imaged image on the basis of the calculated saturation and lightness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
