<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Barkhausen noise inspection device capable of exactly detecting an abnormal part of an inspection object even when temperature of a detection sensor head including an excitation coil and a magnetism detection sensor changes by fluctuation of ambient temperature and heat generation of energization, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The Barkhausen noise inspection device includes: the magnetism detection sensor which consists of an excitation coil 11 which magnetizes an inspection object W, and a detection coil 13 which detects Barkhausen noise which is generated by the inspection object W magnetized by the excitation coil 11; and a power supply 4 which supplies AC current for enabling the excitation coil 11 to generate an AC magnetic field for magnetization. The Barkhausen noise inspection device is provided with; temperature measurement means 7 for measuring the temperature of the magnetism detection sensor, and Barkhausen noise output correction means 9 for correcting output of the Barkhausen noise detected by the magnetism detection sensor for the temperature of the magnetism detection sensor measured by the temperature measurement means 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
