<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier which can generate an arbitrary amount of water vapor without giving an excessive amount of heat for dielectric heating at water evaporation. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier is configured to have a boundary face in a cone convex and concave shape between a lower part which is formed to include graphite having a small particle size and being formed to have minute air holes which can supply moisture using capillary action and an upper part which is formed to include graphite having a large particle size and further having large air holes which do not utilize capillary action, and the humidifier holds a humidification element formed from a molded article of a carbon coagulation having hydrophilicity inside the air holes of the humidification element, in a water tank in the condition where a dielectric coil is placed on an outer face of the bottom part such that the upper potion is not submerged in water, and scatters moisture by performing electromagnetic induction heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
