<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering remaining milk of a pipeline milker capable of recovering remaining milk for appropriate and minimum equipment operation time by using a monitoring device capable of accurately monitoring states in a pipe arrangement of a milk transportation line in a barn in real time. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for recovering remaining milk of a pipeline milker for a milk transportation line 10 whose both ends are connected to a receiver jar 17 for temporarily accumulating milk so as to collect the milk milked by a milking unit, a partitioning valve provided in the vicinity of one end of the milk transportation line 10 is closed, and the remaining milk is recovered by operating an atmosphere opening on-off valve 31. Opening and closing of the atmosphere opening on-off valve 31 is controlled based on a detection value by a vacuum pressure sensor 21 arranged at arbitrary positions circulated on the barn 40 of the milk transportation line 10. Thus, the remaining milk is intermittently transported by varying the vacuum pressure in the pipe arrangement of the milk transportation line 10 with an arbitrary set range so as to be recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
