PURPOSE: A water purifying apparatus is provided to separately mount an ice maker, an ice bank, and a cool water tank to an ice box and to separate the ice maker, the ice bank, and the cool water tank from the ice box. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus includes an ice box(100), an ice maker(200), an ice bank(300), and covers(500, 600). The ice maker is arranged in the receiving space of the ice box. The ice bank is arranged in the receiving space and stores ices from the ice maker. The covers cover the receiving space of the ice box. When the covers are separated from the ice box, the ice bank or the ice maker is capable of being separated from the ice box. A cool water tank(400) is further included in the apparatus. The cool water tank is separably arranged in the ice box.
