<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily performing by turning of a tube body without electrically performing it, when a lighting color of a lighting range is changed or brightness of the lighting range is changed, in an LED lighting device in which an elongated LED board having a number of LEDs is stored inside the translucent tube body in a longitudinal direction and end caps having terminal sections are prepared to ends of the tube. <P>SOLUTION: The tube body is an integrally-molded synthetic resin pipe which is divided so as to have different light transmission at an upper half section and a lower half section in the longitudinal direction, and the tube body is rotatably supported with the end caps while the LED board is fixed on the end caps at both ends of the tube body.
