<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle type display device capable of highly precisely specifying a gazing object at which a user gazes in a visual field, even if the posture of the user's head is changed, and capable of surely displaying related information related to the gazing object in real-time; and to provide a server. <P>SOLUTION: A spectacle type display device 1 captures the image of a visual field, specifies the gazing object at which a user gazes in the visual field, and acquires and displays information related to the gazing object. The whole structure of a frame consists of a front rim 2, and left/right temples 3R and 3L. The rim 2 includes a visual field synchronous camera 9 detecting the sight line direction of the user in the visual field, and the rim 2 or the temples 3R and 3L include a posture change detection unit for detecting a posture change, a control unit, and an image display unit displaying the related information of the gazing object within the visual field.
