<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which does not make appearance of a plurality of commodities stored worse. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag 100 includes: an outer bag 10; and an annular member 20 with a smaller size than the outer bag 10. The back face of the front face film 11 of the outer bag and the surface of the front face film 21 of the annular member are heat-welded to form front face heat-welded parts 41 and 42. The back face of the back face film 12 of the outer bag and the surface of the back face film 22 of the annular member are heat-welded to form a back face heat-welded part 51. Two storing spaces are formed thereby between the outer bag 10 and the annular member 20, and one storing space is formed in the annular member 20. Therefore, it is possible to store a plurality of the commodities into respective different storing spaces. The annular member 20 not only functions as partitions of respective commodities but also functions as a support.
