<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular charging system capable of improving charging efficiency regardless of a driver's skill while restraining generation of cost increases and capable of shortening charging time. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular charging system, which contactlessly charges a high-voltage battery 11 through a power reception coil 21 mounted on a vehicle 1 running by driving a first motor 3, a second motor 4 and a third motor 5 with charging power of the high-voltage battery 11 and a power transmission coil 22 provided outside the vehicle 1, includes: efficiency detection means that detects charging efficiency of contactless charging and charging position setting means that sets an optimum charging position of the power reception coil 21 of the vehicle 1 relative to the power transmission coil 22 outside the vehicle, based on the charging efficiency detected by the efficiency detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
