<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedding mat for stably jetting out air to be jetted out of the inside to the outside of a mat body in a preset air jet-out direction. <P>SOLUTION: An air supply hose 50 arranged in a lattice shape and T-shaped joints 54 provided at connection parts each positioned at a corner of each lattice of the air supply hose 50 are disposed in a planar shape between opposing surfaces of a lower-layer mat 20 and an intermediate-layer mat 30.
