<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize each of existing hoisting rope engaging members and ground plates (to reduce the number of the member items), when constructing a two-storied house from two house units, by using the (four) hoisting rope engaging members and the (four) ground plates also as connection members for connecting an upper and a lower house units. <P>SOLUTION: Base plates 4 are attached to four corners of a lower surface of a house body 10 as grounding bases and top plates 5 are attached to the four corners of an upper surface of the house body 10 as hoisting rope engaging parts. By providing the both plates 4 and 5 with bolt insertion holes 41 and 51 respectively to insert bolts 6, when placing two units of houses 1 and 1 having an identical shape one above the other in a manner that each of the base plates 4 are placed on each of the top plates 5, the both plates 4 and 5 can be used not only for original functions thereof but also for connecting the upper and lower house units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
