The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting device comprising: an organic light-emitting unit including a first electrode, an organic material layer having a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode; and an encapsulation layer formed over the entirety of the upper surface of the organic light-emitting unit, wherein said encapsulation layer has a structure in which at least two elements selected from a moisture barrier layer, a glass cap, metal foil, and a conductive film are stacked into layers, thereby attaining superior moisture- and oxygen-barrier effects, and preventing the degradation or operation failure of the device.
