A packaged, liquid or gel, preferably surfactant-containing formulation, comprising dispersed particles, wherein the particles are water-soluble upon dilution of the product, wherein an optical benefit agent (such as a sunscreen, fluorescer, shading dye or photo-bleach) and a dye-transfer inhibiting polymer are spatially segregated such that at least one of said agent and polymer are present in particles.
