<p>The present invention relates to the use of a combination dosage comprising a B7-H3 antagonist and a taxane for the preparation of a medicament for preventing the progression of cancer in a human. An aspect of the present invention relates to a B7-H3 antagonist for sensitizing a cancer cell to a taxane. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a method for preventing the progression of cancer comprising providing an individual in need thereof, and administration to said individual a combination dosage comprising a B7-H3 antagonist and a taxane.</p> |
