PURPOSE: A massage device having auto ankle fixing apparatus with inversion table is provided to stably fix the ankle of users, and to move a moving cushion to the direction of a fixing cushion. CONSTITUTION: A massage device having auto ankle fixing apparatus comprises: a length control bar(270), which is installed in a seat back, capable of controlling length; a foothold(210) installed in the bottom of the length control bar; a fixing cushion(220) installed in the top of the foothold; an angle maintaining bar(230) which is installed on the surface of the length control bar, to maintain the angle of slop; a guide bar(240) inserted into the angle maintaining bar; a auto footrest part(200) consisting of a moving cushion; at least two massage rods(301) equipped in the seat back; a solenoid(302) for moving the massage rods; and a massage parts(300) consisting of a controller(303) for controlling the movement of the solenoid.
