PURPOSE: A biopsy device is provided to greatly reduce the fear of a patient by decreasing due to a biopsy device. CONSTITUTION: An external body includes an outside cut-out part and an outside blade part. The outside cut-out part has an outer circumference which is partially eliminated and the outside blade part is formed to be spirally sloped to the longitudinal direction of the outside cut-out part. The inner side blade part is formed to be spirally sloped to the longitudinal direction of the inner side cut-out part and the inner side cut-out has the outer circumference which is partially eliminated. A cutting tip(14) is arranged in the end part of the external body. A rotating device(40) rotates the inner body toward the external body. The outside blade part and inner side blade part are formed to be spirally sloped toward the opposite direction of the longitudinal direction in a body part.
