CIRCUIT AND METHOD FOR GENERATION OF POWER-UP SIGNAL

PURPOSE: A power-up signal generating circuit and a generating method thereof are provided to prevent the reset of a power-up signal in case of a voltage drop of an external voltage by changing a target level of an external voltage using an active signal in a power consumption section. CONSTITUTION: A power-up signal generating circuit includes a power-up signal generating unit(301) and a target level control unit(303). A power-up signal generating unit activates the power-up signal if the level of the external voltage is a target level or more. The target level control unit changes a target level in response to a current consumption signal activated in the current consumption section. The target level control unit decreases a target level when a current consumption signal is activated.
