PURPOSE: A latex non gel foam composition is provided to have easily deforming property under low load, to improve sealing property by improved compression ratio, and to improve absorption property due to the improvement of open cell portion and the uniformity of foamed cells. CONSTITUTION: A latex non gel foam composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight latex emulsion, 100-150 parts by weight filler, 1-10 parts by weight surfactant, 5-10 parts by weight functional additive, 10-20 parts by weight thickener and 10-15 parts by weight foaming agent. The latex emulsion is one or more compound selected from styrene butadiene latex, acrylonitrile butadiene latex, methyl methacrylate butadiene latex, polyvinylacetate latex, chloroprene latex or isoprene latex.
