PURPOSE: A retroreflective prism powder manufacturing device and method are provided to reduce a curing time by securing transmissivity of ultraviolet ray by using a transparent silicone mold. CONSTITUTION: A retroreflective prism powder manufacturing device comprises a roll mold(10), a press roller(20), an ultraviolet curing device(30), and a guide roller(40). The roll mold comprises a main roller(11) and a silicon mold(12). The silicon mold is combined on the outer circumference of the main roller. An intaglio pattern(13) is formed in the silicon mold. The press roller fixes ultraviolet ray-curable resin liquid(R) inserted in the silicon mold. The ultraviolet curing device is installed in the lower side of the press roller. The ultraviolet curing device solidifies the fixed ultraviolet curable acrylate liquid. The guide roller separates the UV curable acrylate from the silicon mold.
