METHOD AND APPARATUS ENABLING KEYSTROKE ACCELERATION

The present invention relates to the technical field of communications and discloses a method and a device for enabling keystroke acceleration. The method comprises: receiving a keystroke signal; obtaining a current acceleration start-up time; when the current acceleration start-up time expires, executing a keystroke operation, judging whether or not the pressed key is still being pressed; if the key is still being pressed, executing the step of obtaining a current acceleration start-up time. The device comprises: a receiving module, an obtaining module, a first processing module, and a second processing module. Upon receiving a keystroke signal, the present invention obtains the current acceleration start-up time, and when the current acceleration start-up time expires, responds to the key being pressed. Without having to repeat pressing of a key, a user can perform an automatic keystroke operation, thereby decreasing the number of keystrokes, simplifying operation, and saving time.
