摘要	<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human monoclonal antibodies which bind to and inhibit human B-lymphocyte surface antigen CD20, and methods for using the antibodies. <P>SOLUTION: The human anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies are produced by a transfectoma or in a non-human transgenic animal, producible of multiple isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies by undergoing V-D-J recombination and isotype switching.
