<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a smooth medical correspondence by creating a treatment list containing contents of treatment to be implemented for each patient, an implementation scheduled date (an implementation deadline) for each of contents of treatment, and implementation conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The instruction document creation device of an electronic medical chart for creating a medical instruction document includes: instruction input means which inputs contents of treatment to be implemented for each patient and an implementation scheduled date for each of the contents of treatment; treatment list display means which arranges and displays data input by the instruction input means in order of the implementation scheduled date; instruction selection means which selects an item to be implemented from the treatment list; instruction issuance means which issues the item selected by the instruction selection means as a decision instruction; update means which rewrites the implementation scheduled date of the treatment item issued by the instruction issuance means to a next implementation scheduled date and rearranges the treatment list based on the rewritten implementation scheduled date. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
