摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain concentration of an analyte in a physiological sample electrochemically. <P>SOLUTION: A method of obtaining concentration of an analyte in a physiological sample electronically includes the steps of: (a) introducing the physiological sample into an electrochemical cell; (b) adding a first voltage having a first polarity to the electrochemical cell to measure a cell charge as a function of the time in order to obtain a first time-charge transient phenomenon; (c) adding a second voltage having a second polarity that is reverse to the first polarity to the electrochemical cell to measure the cell charge as the function of the time in order to obtain a second time-charge transient phenomenon; (d) calculating a first electric charge value from the second time-charge transient phenomenon; (e) calculating a second electric charge value from the second time-charge transient phenomenon, and a third electric charge value from the first time-charge transient phenomenon; (f) calculating a ratio based on the second and third electric charge values; and (g) multiplying the first electric charge value including no background value by the ratio to determine the concentration of the analyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
