摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save manufacturing cost by reducing tact time for generating correction parameters for luminance unevenness and restrain luminance unevenness on a light emitting panel. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an organic EL display device includes: a step S03 of causing all the pixels to emit light simultaneously in a prescribed color and in a prescribed level of gradation; a step S04 of causing a two-dimensional colorimeter to photograph a light emitting picture; a step S06 of figuring out the chromaticity of each of regions into which a display panel is divided; a step of storing a chromaticity curve and a light emitting efficiency curve depending on the film thickness between an organic light emitting layer and a reflecting electrode; a step of calculating from the chromaticity curve a film thickness matching the chromaticity figured out at step S06; a step S07 of calculating a light emitting efficiency matching the calculated film thickness from the light emitting efficiency curve; a step S08 of calculating a correction parameter for correcting the calculated light emitting efficiency to a reference light emitting efficiency for each of the divided regions; and a step S09 of storing the calculated correction parameter into a memory unit within the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
