<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cogging in a brushless motor of a step skew structure by improving dimensional accuracy of a split core unit. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 2 has a split core structure, and a rotor 3 has a step skew structure. A split core unit 43 is formed by laminating multiple core pieces 42 and dividing a stator core 65 formed by laminating multiple annular piece plates 51 along a circumferential direction. The multiple core pieces 42 are removably bonded to the piece plates 51 along the circumferential direction in a bonding part 45 formed by a half blank process. The stator 2 is formed by re-bonding the split core units 43 which are divided from the same stator core 65 and individually wound around with coils, by the same combination as the time of dividing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
