<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system comprising a highly airtight passage sealing means which is simple in configuration and advantageous in layout. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises an air supply passage 11 which supplies air to a fuel cell 2, an air exhaust passage 12 which exhausts air from the fuel cell 2, liquid sealing tubes 16, 17 provided in the air supply passage 11 and air exhaust passage 12 while having intermediate parts 16a, 17a which are drooping vertically downward in U-shape so that distribution of gas is impossible when liquid is stored in the intermediate parts 16a, 17a, a buffer tank 18 which stores liquid, liquid feed tubes 20, 21 which allow distribution of liquid from the buffer tank 18 to the liquid sealing tubes 16, 17, and liquid feed valves 22, 23 provided in the liquid feed tubes 20, 21. When the fuel cell 2 stops, the liquid feed valves 22, 23 are opened and liquid in the buffer tank 18 is fed to the liquid sealing tubes 16, 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
