<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet force sorting device which can surely sort granular powder to magnetic granular powder and non-magnetic granular powder even if the magnetic granular powder sorted from the non-magnetic granular powder is formed of weak magnetic materials such as stainless steel, and magnitudes of the magnetic granular powder are extremely large. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet force sorting device 10 comprises: a magnet roller 12 accommodated in a box 11; a roller driving motor 17 which drives the magnet roller 12 around a horizontal axis; and a granular powder throwing part 19 which throws the granular powder into the box 11 from above the magnet roller 12. The magnet roller 12 of the magnetic force sorting device 10 is formed by alternately arranging a plurality of permanent magnets formed into disk shapes and a plurality of yokes having thicknesses thinner than those of the permanent magnets and formed into disk shapes. In the upper part of the magnet roller 12, there is arranged a granular powder guide 29 which guides the granular powder thrown into the box 11 to peripheral faces of the yokes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
