<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a signal of the maximum level among reception signals received in two reception means and composite reception signals when receiving millimeter wave signals transmitted from transmission means in the two reception means. <P>SOLUTION: For transmitted millimeter wave signals transmitted from a millimeter wave transmitter 6, detection circuits 38, 42 detect the levels of first and second reception signals that are received in millimeter wave receivers 8, 10 and inputted to input terminals 14, 16, and output first and second level detection signals. A composition device 34 combines the first and second reception signals to generate composite reception signals. A detection circuit 50 detects the level of the composite reception signals and outputs a third level detection signal. The first-third level detection signals are compared in comparator circuits 46, 54, changeover switches 44, 52 are switched on the basis of the comparison result, and the one of the highest level among the first and second reception signals and the composite reception signal is outputted to an output terminal 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
