摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive stacked body which is wide in a band of transparency and reflection, and moreover, is excellent in conductivity (electromagnetic wave shielding performance), visible light transmittance property, and near-infrared shielding performance, an electromagnetic wave shielding film for plasma displays and a protection plate for plasma displays. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive stacked body 10 has a substrate 11, and a conductive film 12 formed on the substrate 11, and the conductive film 12 is a multilayer structure where from the substrate 11 side, an oxide layer 12a and a metal layer 12b are stacked alternately in (2n+1) layers in total [n is an integer more than zero], and the oxide layer 12a contains a zinc oxide and a titanium oxide as a principal component, and a proportion of titanium to a total of zinc and titanium in the oxide layer 12a is 1 to 20 atom%, and the metal layer 12b contains silver or a silver alloy as a principal component, and a resistance of the conductive film is 0.5 to 1.5 &Omega;, and a luminous transmittance of the conductive stacked body is not less than 67.7%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
