<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence device capable of reducing the occurence of a short circuit while improving light extraction efficiency, thereby achieving both high-efficiency light extraction and improvement of electrical properties. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence device comprises: a substrate 1; a first electrode 2 formed on a surface of the substrate 1 and having optical transparency; an organic layer 3 including at least one organic light emitting layer; and a second electrode 4 formed on the organic layer 3 on a side opposite to the first electrode 2. The first electrode is formed with a first transparent conductive layer 5 consisted of a conductive nano-particle or a conductive nano-wire and a binder, and a second transparent conductive layer 6 consisted of a conductive polymer, formed on the surface of the substrate 1, and laminated in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
