摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control apparatus including a compression ratio variable mechanism where a mechanical compression ratio is variable, wherein ignition at an ignition timing suitable for an actual compression ratio in each cylinder of the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine apparatus actuates the compression ratio variable mechanism for achieving the primal mechanical compression ratio depending on each engine operating state, and sets the primal ignition timing of the corresponding cylinder based on the actual compression ratio of the corresponding cylinder that is estimated at the time in the ignition timing determination timing for each cylinder of the internal combustion engine (step 109).
