<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete filling detector and a concrete filling device by which a concrete filling state can be detected accurately and in a reliable manner in pouring concrete in a gap between the inner wall surface of a tunnel and a formwork, even with a simple and low-cost structure. <P>SOLUTION: A concrete filling detector comprises a cylindrical hollow member 100 (120) disposed with the tip projecting from a formwork 20 to the side of a concrete poured section, and a concrete filling sensor 200 installed on the outside of a hollow member tip (120A) side.
