摘要 <p>A process and a reaction apparatus for preparing nitrogen-free coal fuel gas using coal and oxygen are provided. A large amount of oxygen prepared in the off-peak period of an electric power plant, coal and hydrocarbon are put into the reaction apparatus. The coal is subjected to opposite grinding by a hundred-ton weighing abrasive disks when being heated to the autoignition temperature under electronic control to generate the nitrogen-free coal fuel gas consisting of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and hydrogen, wherein 55 percent of the nitrogen-free coal fuel is used in modified gas turbine sets of boilers in the original heat power plant to replace the conventional pulverized coal spraying for supplying combustion. The nitrogen-free coal fuel gas is directly fed into the turbine sets for combustion and power generation, fuel gas in the working turbines flows into heat power generation boilers to maintain the normal power generation, and the coal is saved by nearly 45 percent. Meanwhile, remaining nitrogen-free coal fuel gas is processed into liquefied coal gas for internal-combustion engines by using off-peak electric power compression (1-18) and distillation (1-19), or enters a fuel gas pipeline network (1-28) in the state of the nitrogen-free coal fuel gas, and is extensively used to replace petroleum products. The process is easy to implement and saves coal and petroleum.</p>
