PURPOSE: A smoke eliminating, deodorizing, and dust eliminating apparatus for roasting coffee beans is provided to combust smoke, odor, and fine dust generated from a coffee bean roasting process using flame. CONSTITUTION: A smoke eliminating, deodorizing, and dust eliminating apparatus for roasting coffee beans includes an exhaust pipe(30), a bracket, a thermal insulating material(41), an eliminator, and a burner(42). The exhaust pipe is in connection with an eliminator. An outer exhaust pipe(33) is spaced apart from the exhaust pipe. A part of inner exhaust pipe(31) is exposed through one end part of the outer exhaust pipe. The bracket is combined with the outer circumference of the inner exhaust pipe and the inner circumference of the outer exhaust pipe. The eliminator is installed between a blower(21) and the exhaust pipe. The burner emits flame toward the inside of the eliminator.
