A method for making a shoe using ultrasonic vibration is disclosed. The shoe (20) comprises a top portion (201), a connection member (202) and an outsole (203), the connection member and the outsole connected to the top portion. The method includes the use of a first mould (10) made of stiff material, and a second mould (30) having a concavity. The method comprising the steps of a) placing the outsole, the connecting member and the top portion into the concavity of the second mould, b) placing the first mould inside the shoe so as to push the shoe against the second mould, and c) transmitting ultra-sonic thermo energy into the shoe from the second mould to act on the connection member and the outsole. An ultra-sonic generating device vibrates the second mould at a frequency range between 15, 000 to 20, 000 times per second which transmits ultra-sonic thermo energy to the connection member and the outsole. The thermal energy properly shrinks and melts the connection member and the outsole, so they are securely mounted to the bottom (2011) of the top portion. By this method the connection member and the outsole are perfectly matched with the top portion which makes the stitching processes easy and efficient.
