<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurized steaming apparatus and a washing method for the pressurized steaming apparatus capable of saving labor of washing, improving efficiency and furthermore, capable of improving the quality of raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: The pressurized steaming apparatus 1 continuously pressurizing and steaming raw materials 20 includes: a net 4 circulating and moving inside a steaming can 2 while carrying the raw materials 20; and a washing nozzle 11 injecting steam onto the net 4 during the pressurized steaming of the raw material 20. The washing nozzle 11 is provided at the position of injecting steam from the back side of the raw material loading face against the net 4; thereby, not only hand washing after the operation can be saved but also a part of the pressurized steam for raw material steaming can be used for net washing, which leads to the improved efficiency of the apparatus. In addition to this, such problems as the mixing of foreign matter by the burn occurring because of the clogging of raw materials and the discharging of raw materials which are not sufficiently steamed can be solved, so that the quality of the steaming raw material is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
